Tournaments: Mid Season & End of Season there will be a fee for each.

League fees include uniforms, photo
package must be present, and "End of Season" award.
$90 one child
$170 for two children in the same family
$240 for three children in the same family
plus $70 per child after three children in the same family
There will be a late sign up fee of $25.00 after Feb. 7th and no
family discount so sign-up early.

- Child must be registered by a parent or guardian
- New applicants must submit a copy of
his or her birth certificate
for proof of age - Submit a current picture of the applicant.

cannot be returned. - Pay full fee.
Limited Financial Aid Is Available until funds run out. Must request in writing.
Placement is on a first-come first-served basis--No Exceptions!
