League fees include uniforms, photo
package must be present, and "End of Season" award.
$100.00 one child
$190 for two children in the same family
$270 for three children in the same family
plus $80 per child after three children in the same family
There will be a late sign up fee of $30.00 after July 24th and no
family discount so sign-up early.

- Child must be registered by a parent or guardian
- New applicants must submit a copy of
his or her birth certificate
for proof of age - Submit a current picture of the applicant.

cannot be returned. Size 1X1 preferred - Pay full fee.
Limited Financial Aid Is Available until funds run out. Must request in writing.
